Riyadh Municipality (Saudi Arabia) Public Health Inspection Study

SMEC International & ECB – Research, Study and Project Management (current)

Developed a detailed study on the environmental health practices in Riyadh Municipality including recommendations based on international experience and a comparison of existing local practices against best practices from other jurisdictions. It included the creation of the successful business case for the Public Health Improvement Project in Saudi Arabia, research and studies into the Environmental Health Department of Riyadh Municipality, development of a significant report and improvement plan, as well as creation of the individual privatisation plans to support the changes.

HAF – Target 5 Days (T5) and Next Generation Planning (NGP) Programme

Council of Mayors (SEQ) – Project Management (current)

Creation of the successful business cases (totaling over A$11M), supporting strategy development and overall project management for two key projects. Overall aims of the projects was to work with 11 South East Queensland councils to reduce their timeframes  for planning and assessment to encourage quicker residential development.

Environmental Health Advisor – Papua New Guinea LNG Project

ExxonMobil (current)

Providing ongoing public health advice and support to Exxon Mobil for the camp sites and other workplaces being used to undertake gas pipeline work.  Working closely with key local and international staff to implement improvement in work practices and public health standards in a challenging environment.
